PANews 7月14日消息，据彭博社报道，DeepSeek 已启动在中国内地 IPO 规划，计划最早今年递交申报，目标 2027 年上市。公司正与会计师事务所合作，力争在今年 12 月前完成财报，为申报做好准备。DeepSeek 同时在上轮约 70 亿美元融资后再启新一轮私募，拟以至少 4800 亿元人民币（约 710 亿美元）融资，目标新募资金不少于 100 亿元人民币，具体规模视投资者参与情况或数倍放大。现有股东包括腾讯、宁德时代及国家人工智能产业投资基金等。创始人梁文锋称公司将优先投入前沿 AI 研究和开源模型，追求通用人工智能长期目标。
