PANews 6月11日消息，据彭博社报道，Meta Platforms已完成与中国创立的Agentic AI服务商Manus的运营拆分，并停止双方数据共享，这是其推进约20亿美元Manus收购案“拆解”的关键一步。知情人士称，Meta自本月初起已禁止Manus及其员工访问Meta内部数据系统，同时Meta员工也不得再在内部项目中使用Manus工具。此举被视为在监管阻力下，Meta与Manus之间建立起实质性“防火墙”，为后续正式终止交易做准备。
