Jane Street被指利用Terraform内部信息提前抛售UST并做空获利

PANews 5月20日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国做市商Jane Street Group被Terraform Labs破产管理人起诉，指控其通过前Terraform实习生在Jane Street任职期间运营的私密Telegram群“Bryce’s Secret”获取UST脱锚前的非公开信息。Jane Street被指在UST崩盘前抛售约1.93亿枚UST，其中在Curve一次性卖出8500万枚，随后建立空头头寸，合计获利约1.34亿美元。诉状同时将Jane Street联合创始人Robert Granieri及交易员Michael Huang列为被告，指控其违反联邦证券法和《商品交易法》，并寻求追缴相关利润以偿还Terraform债权人。
