PANews 5月15日消息，Strategy 宣布已与部分 2029 年到期 0% 可转换高级票据持有人达成私下协商交易，将回购约 15 亿美元本金规模的可转债，预计现金回购价格约为 13.8 亿美元。回购资金预计来自公司现金储备、ATM 增发计划所得及/或比特币出售所得。交易预计于 5 月 19 日完成，完成后相关票据将被注销，剩余未偿还 2029 年票据规模约为 15 亿美元。
