分析：近期比特币上涨由永续合约的需求驱动，现货需求仍在萎缩

PANews 4月23日消息，CryptoQuant研究主管Julio Moreno在X平台发文分析称，近期比特币价格上涨完全由永续合约市场的需求驱动，而现货需求仍在萎缩（尽管速度有所放缓）。今年1月比特币升至9.8万美元时也出现过同样情况。若交易者开始获利了结而现货需求继续萎缩，市场存在回调风险。
