PANews 3月27日消息，据加密记者Eleanor Terrett报道，证券律师表示，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）关于联邦证券法如何适用于加密资产的解释性指引，在代币的投资合同何时终止这一问题上仍存在较大主观性，关键问题尚未解决。这一点很重要，因为在大多数情况下，违反证券法适用严格责任原则，即无需证明主观过错即可认定违规。
